Simplified and Flexible Cancellations up to 2 Hours Before Your Tee Time
You now have the option to cancel your round up to 2 hours before your tee time, instead of 24 hours in advance. This increased flexibility responds to everyday unforeseen events while allowing better management of course availability. However, this feature relies on your involvement: in case of a cancellation, please act promptly to free up your slot for other members.
Mandatory Tee Time Validation via QR Code
Starting February 1st, a new procedure will be in place to validate your tee time. You will need to scan a QR code located in two places:
• At the tee of hole 1
• In the rotunda
This system is designed to simplify the management of rounds while ensuring better organization on the course. By adopting this practice, you contribute to a smoother playing experience for all golfers.
Sanctions for No-Show
To ensure proper operation, sanctions will be gradually applied in case of a no-show. We strongly encourage you to honor your commitments.
