1. Out of bounds
- 1.1 All fences delimiting the property.
- 1.2. The driving range, except during play on hole 3 (see rule 4.3. below).
- 1.3. A ball that crosses the road between holes 6 and 9 and stops beyond is considered to be out of bounds, despite the fact that it lies on part of the course.
- 1.4. The farmland around the course. It is strictly forbidden to fetch your ball there.
- 1.5. The fairway on hole 15, during play on hole 13.
2. Removable obstructions (R. 15.2)
- 2.1. All the stones in the bunkers.

3. Abnormal playing conditions (including immovable obstructions (R. 16.1)
- 3.1 All roads and paths. The fences and slopes along the walkway through holes 10 and 11 form part of the obstruction.
- 3.2. The wooden planks placed in the bunkers on hole 18.
3.3. All fixed sprinkler heads. In addition, if such an obstruction, on or within two club lengths of the putting green of the hole being played, is on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may clear it, without penalty, as follows:
- - if the ball is not on the putting green or in a water hazard and within two clubs of the obstruction, it may be picked up, cleaned and dropped at a point nearest to where it was and which meets the following conditions:
- (a) is no closer to the hole,
- (b) avoids discomfort,
- (b) avoids discomfort,
- - if the ball is in a bunker, it must be dropped into the bunker.
4. Ground under repair (GUR) & No Play Zone (NPZ)
- 4.1 It is forbidden to play from any area defined as a Ground Under Repair (GUR) or No Play Zone (NPZ).
- 4.2 It is forbidden to play on winter greens. A blue post is placed in the centre of each winter green and is reinforced by blue markings on the ground bordering the winter greens (NPZ).
- 4.3. On hole 3, the driving range is considered to be under repair. The ball must be played from the Men's dropping zone if the player starts from the white tees and from the Ladies' dropping zone if the player starts from the blue tees.
- 4.4. If the ball falls into the NPZ on hole 8, the player must play a 2nd ball without penalty from his teeing area.
- 4.5. All lanes and paths, fences and slopes along the walk through holes 10 and 11 are considered NPZ.
- When playing hole 10: the player must play the ball from the dropping zone on the mound of hole 10, even if the ball is on hole 11.
- When playing hole 11: the player must play the ball from the dropping zone on the mound of hole 11, even if the ball is on hole 10.
5. Miscellaneous
- 5.1. A ball in a bunker, resting in a groove formed by the flow of water, may be dropped without penalty into the bunker at the point nearest to its starting position and without approaching the hole.
- 5.2. If a ball hits a cable, lamppost or pylon, it must be replayed without penalty from the nearest possible point to where the original ball was played.
